Our beautful villa was built in may 2007 and is situated on the prestigous Mediterranean style gated community of Tuscan Hills.

Located in Davenport on Highway 27, Tuscan Hills is just minutes from the Interstate 4 and the western end of the US 192.

This gives you access to all the main traveling routes in central Florida and
means that Orlando airport and Sanford airport are approxomately
30 to 45 minutes easy drive from our villa.

The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in 90 minutes, the Kennedy space center and East coast beaches in 60 minutes, Walt Disney World in 12
minutes and Universal and Seaworld in 25 minutes.hhh

Our villa has a large open Family room which looks out over our beautiful pool deck through French patio doors. It has three luxurious sofas, one of which can be easily converted into a queen sized bed.

To keep everyone entertained there is a large 32" Television with cable and a DVD system. There is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool as you relax.
